Resveratrol
Resveratrol Found naturally in the skin of grapes, mulberries, peanuts or food products like red wine. Chemically it is 3,5,4'-trihydroxy-trans-stilbene, a stilbenoid , a type of polyphenol, and a phytolexin produced naturally by several plants when under attack by pathogens such as bacteria or fungi.
Few of the benefits of Resveratrol are given below:
1) Weight Loss and Diabetes: Some preliminary researches show the effectiveness of Resveratrol in loosing weight. Scientists found that resveratrol may stimulate the expression of adiponectin (a hormone shown to possess anti-obesity properties and fight insulin resistance
2) Cancer: Published in Cancer Prevention Research, the study found that resveratrol helped prevent estrogen from reacting with DNA molecules and forming compounds that mark the start of cancer cell formation. Resveratrol is found especially to be helpful in early stages of breast cancer.
3) Heart Disease: Resveratrol may help decrease LDL ("bad") cholesterol, prevent hardening of the arteries and keep blood pressure in check thus helpful in plummeting Heart Diseases
4) Aging and Skin Care: Results revealed that resveratrol helped reduce oxidative stress (an aging-related biological process linked to a number of diseases) and inflammation. Thus helpful in reducing of wrinkles and
keeps the skin ageless.

Research on Resveratrol

According to recent cancer research, resveratrol extract is the best treatment for diseases like diabetes and high blood pressure. It has a brilliant impact on the process of aging. It can easily slow down the aging of the skin cells thus makes you facial skin free of wrinkles. We supply Resveratrol also known as Huzhang ("tiger cane") or giant knotweed in large quantities. In a recent investigation conducted in vivo and in vitro, Resveratrol displayed chemopreventive effects at three critical stages of carcinogenesis. Specifically, resveratrol was found to induce phase II drug metabolizing enzymes (antiinitiation), mediate anti-inflammatory effects, inhibit cyclooxygenase and hydro-peroxidase (antipromotion) and to induce human promyelocytic leukemia cell differentiation (antiprogression). It was also found to inhibit the development of preneoplastic lesions in vitro and tumorigenesis in vivo amongst a host of other properties. It has also been reported very recently that this extract is one of the best active-oxygen scavengers for the prevention of skin aging induced by UV-irradiation and free radical.
