Calcium cannot be absorbed or utilized by the body without magnesium, and almost everyone today is dangerously low in magnesium. As a matter of fact, people are SO low in magnesium, the first thing paramedics do when someone has a heart attack, is they inject magnesium.

Adults over 40 who consumed under 50% of the recommended amount for magnesium and had a body mass index over 25 were twice as likely to have increased systemic inflammation, which can contribute to major health conditions such as heart disease, diabetes, and certain cancers.
So, its a good choice to take magnesium regularly for health.You can use product like "CALM" which is Magnesium Citrate, a white powder,  just put it in some water.Magnesium Citrate is easily absorb-able.
The dosage should not increase the below recommended dosages.
  •     65 mg/day for children ages 1-3
  •     110 mg/day for children ages 4-8
  •     350 mg/day for adults and children ages 9 and up.
