Aloe Vera and Amla (Indian Gooseberry) - A healthy potion for Natural Body Detoxification.

Aloe Vera and Amla (Indian Gooseberry) are two amazing plants which are available world wide and can easily be grown in your backyard. See my post for more info. They are easy on the pocket (even if you can’t grow them, they are readily available online and in local markets) nevertheless very beneficial and worth spending few bucks every month on them. Aloe Vera and Amla complements each other well. This nutrient packed potion detoxifies our body from harmful toxins.

How to Use it?

Juicing is the best way to use them together. 20 ml of Amla juice + 20 ml of Aloe Vera juice mix with around 50 ml of water. Drink this mixture empty stomach in the morning and before meal in the evening daily for best results.

What are the Benefits?

Amla is a strong antioxidant as it holds good amount of Vitamin C which is equivalent to two Oranges. (An Antioxidant is a substance that reduces damage due to oxygen, such as that caused by free radicals. Well-known antioxidants include enzymes and other substances, such as vitamin C, vitamin E, and beta carotene, which are capable of counteracting the damaging effects of oxidation. Antioxidants may possibly reduce the risks of cancer. Antioxidants clearly slow the progression of age-related macular degeneration.) Amla itself is beneficial in curing problems like diabetes, cerebral, gastro, cardiovascular illnesses, low libido and many more. Aloe Vera is an exceptionally powerful plant and it has close to 100 ingredients works extremely well together (synergistically). The ingredients in Aloe can be grouped into the following categories: Vitamins, Minerals, Sugars, Enzymes, Lignins, Amino Acids, Anthraquinones, Saponins, Fatty Acids, Salicylic Acid.

Aloe Vera (barbadensis miller) contains over 20 minerals, all of which are essential to the human body. The human body requires 22 amino acids for good health -- eight of which are called "essential" because the body cannot fabricate them. Aloe Vera contains all of these eight essential amino acids, and 11 of the 14 "secondary" amino acids.

Thus, when Amla and Aloe Vera are mix together, it forms a magic potion that keeps you healthy from inside and outside (especially for those who yearn for staying young for long)

Note: When you start drinking it you may feel feverish, or running nose or you may experience head aches or one or two loose motions. Doesn’t be surprise with that and don’t stop using it. This generally happens as your body is detoxifying itself from harmful toxins and needs to flush them out. You can help your body’s detoxification process by drinking at least 2-3 liters of water daily. These symptoms will subside with in a day or two.
