Ginger has been clinically proven

Traveling or Motion Sickness, Same as for cold and flue, but do take it at
least 20-30 minutes before traveling.
3) For
diabetes, patients should not use honey with the ginger juice. Mix one
tablespoon of fresh ginger juice mix with glass of water in the morning, empty
stomach.
4) For
stomach related problems like indigestion, colic and flatulence etc. Mix 1-2
teaspoon of Ginger Juice with warm water and sip.

tinctures, capsules, tea and oil form.
